.Minor flooding is expected to continue on Horse Creek near Arcadia
and Major flooding is expected to continue on the Peace River at
Arcadia due to recent heavy rain.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Horse Creek near Arcadia at SR 72.

* WHEN...Until Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, The access road to Hidden Oak is
impassable.

* Additional Details...
- At 7:30 PM EST Thursday the stage was 12.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 7:30 PM EST Thursday was 13.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early
tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 10.3 feet Sunday
evening.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.5
feet on 04/02/1993.
