U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) provides command and control of U.S. military forces in Europe to protect and defend the U.S. and its NATO Allies and partners through deterrence, peacekeeping, and military operations. The area of responsibility covers the Euro-Atlantic region, including NATO partner nations, European energy infrastructure, and the maritime approaches of the Baltic, Black, and Mediterranean Seas. Headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, the command operates through six service component commands.

USEUCOM coordinates joint and multinational training, provides military assistance to partner nations, and fosters military-to-military relationships across its area of responsibility.
