NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued September 22 at 11:01PM MDT until September 23 at 1:00AM MDT by NWS Albuquerque NM

At 1101 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.75 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Mainly rural areas of North Central Quay and Southeastern Harding
Counties.

Flash flooding is expected along McCarty Road and Nara Visa Road near
the Quay and Harding County border.
