* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.

* WHERE...Northwestern Morgan County in southeastern Ohio...
Perry County in southeastern Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 415 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain
closed due to flooding from New Lexington to Crooksville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 812 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the
warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing. Between
1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the
warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
New Lexington, Somerset, Perry State Forest, Crooksville,
Thornville, Junction City and Glenford.
