DVIDS (CENTCOM / DoD): U.S. Forces Complete New Strikes on Iranian Military Targets

TAMPA, Fla. - U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) completed the latest wave of strikes against Iran at 10:15 p.m. ET on July 13.
During the five-hour mission, U.S. forces successfully struck military targets across Iran including Bushehr, Chah Bahar, Jask, Konarak, Abu Musa, and Bandar Abbas to further degrade Iran's ability to attack commercial shipping. CENTCOM forces employed precision munitions against Iranian coastal defense systems, missile and drone sites, and maritime capabilities.
More than 50,000 U.S. service members are currently deployed across the Middle East. American forces remain vigilant, lethal, and ready.
Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) via Iranian state-run media: "IRGC has announced that the second wave of Operation Nasr-2 struck multiple weapons storage facilities, a satellite communications hub, and US military housing in Bahrain."

STRAIT OF HORMUZ - Two Iranian cruise missiles struck the United Arab Emirates national tankers Mombasa and Al Bahiyah on July 13 while the vessels transited the southern shipping lane of the Strait of Hormuz inside Omani territorial waters.
KUWAIT AND STRAIT OF HORMUZ - CENTCOM announced it would resume the naval blockade of Iranian ports on July 14 at 8 p.m. UTC (11 p.m. local Kuwait time) at the direction of the Commander in Chief.
