* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southwestern Saint Francois County in southeastern
Missouri...

* WHEN...Until 345 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 141 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
in the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Farmington, Desloge, Bismarck, Leadwood, Park Hills, Leadington,
Doe Run and Frankclay.
- Continued flooding impacts due to earlier rainfall have been
reported in Park Hills and Farmington. While water is expected to
begin to recede shortly, local road closures and other flooding
impacts may linger.
