NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 10 at 2:36AM CDT until July 10 at 3:45AM CDT by NWS St Louis MO

At 236 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have
fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Annapolis, Glover, Des Arc, Sabula, Chloride, Hogan and Vulcan.
