The UK is sanctioning Russian actors involved in the development of deadly toxins Novichok and Epibatidine, linked to the deaths of Alexei Navalny and Dawn Sturgess.
LATVIA - On October 24, Latviaโs National Armed Forces (NBS) said a foreign unmanned aerial vehicle was found in Liepna parish of Alลซksne municipality, and that the vehicle likely entered Latvian airspace on October 18.
