A Typhoon Watch continues for Guam, Rota, Tinian, and Saipan.
A Tropical Storm Watch is now in effect for Alamagan, Pagan, and
Agrihan.
A Flood Watch is in effect for all of Guam and the Northern
Marianas. Please listen closely for any Flood Warnings that might
be in effect for your area.

.STORM INFORMATION...
At 7 PM ChST...the center of Typhoon Bavi (09W) was located near
latitude 12.9N...longitude 153.8E. This was about 600 miles east
of Guam. Storm motion was west, 280 degrees, at 13 mph. Storm
intensity was 120 mph.
.SITUATION OVERVIEW...
It is too early to provide exact wind and surge forecast values for
specific locations. However, close to the center of Typhoon Bavi,
there will be a possibility of catastrophic damage somewhere within
Guam and the Northern Marianas. Additionally, flooding and coastal
inundation will also be concerns.
