LIELVĀRDE AIR BASE, Latvia - Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs and U.S. Ambassador to Latvia Melissa Argyros visited U.S. Army Soldiers of the 1st Combat Aviation Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, on June 26 to celebrate the 250th U.S. Independence Day, tour the unit's UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters and thank the troops for their role in defending NATO's eastern flank.
