Britain, France Carry Out Airstrikes Against ISIS Underground Facility In Syria

Britain and France have carried out joint airstrikes against an underground ISIS facility in Syria, according to the British Ministry of Defense.
British Typhoon FGR4 fighter jets, accompanied by a Voyager refueling tanker carried out strikes against ISIS tunnel systems, and a suspected weapons stockpile that was previous in use by ISIS in Syria, during a joint operation with the French Air Force on Saturday.
The tunnel system was targeted by British and French aircraft, according to a statement by the Defense ministry: "Our aircraft used Paveway IV guided bombs to target a number of access tunnels down to the facility; whilst detailed assessment is now underway, initial indications are that the target was engaged successfully."
