The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a

* Tornado Warning for... Northeastern Logan County in northeastern Colorado... Southwestern Sedgwick County in northeastern Colorado...

* Until 830 PM MDT.

* At 749 PM MDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Iliff, or 9 miles northeast of Sterling, moving northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado and baseball size hail.

SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

At 835 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the heaviest rain has exited the area. Up to 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
