gusts up to 55 mph. For the Wind Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 25
mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.
* WHERE...Ketchikan Gateway Borough and Prince of Wales Island.
* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 4 PM Akst this afternoon.
For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM Akst this evening.
* IMPACTS...High winds will blow around unsecured objects, damage
property and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
