* WHAT...Flooding continues, especially along the Conejos River.
* WHERE...Southern Conejos County...
* WHEN...Until 115 AM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1042 PM MDT, High water levels in area creeks and streams
continue. Over the western portion of the San Luis Valley, many
streams and creeks are near crest now and will slowly fall for
the remainder of the night. The Conejos River at Mogote has
crested, but will likely remain above flood stage until early
Monday morning.
- Please heed all road closures and evacuation or shelter in place
orders.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Platoro, Mogote.
- Highway 17 between Antonito and Cumbres Pass remains closed.
