* WHAT...Tropical storm force winds, sustained winds of 34 knots
or more, are possible. Seas 6 to 10 ft.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from San Mateo Point to the Mexican
Border and out to 10 nm and Waters from San Mateo Point to the
Mexican Border Extending 10 to 60 nm out including San
Clemente Island.

* WHEN...Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical storm force winds could begin as
early as tonight but are most likely to occur before noon on
Sunday. Winds are expected to weaken through Sunday afternoon.
