NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued October 10 at 3:38PM EDT until October 10 at 4:00PM EDT by NWS Columbia SC

At 338 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Gough, or 7 miles northwest of Waynesboro, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northwestern Burke County.
