Walton County Line FL from 20 to 60 NM and Waters from
Apalachicola to Mexico Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Hurricane force winds possible from Friday morning until
early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Extremely strong winds will cause hazardous seas
which will likely capsize or damage vessels and severely
reduce visibility.
