Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County.

Iowa River at Marengo affecting Benton and Iowa Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Iowa River at Wapello.

* WHEN...Until Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Agricultural land near the river is flooded
and water covers most islands. Water starts rising onto secondary
roads in Wapello Bottoms.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 21.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early
Friday morning and continue falling to 17.4 feet Monday, October
12.
- Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
