Des Moines River at Des Moines SE 6th St affecting Marion, Polk and
Warren Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Black Hawk Creek at Hudson, or from the Black Hawk-Grundy
County line to the Cedar River in Waterloo.

* WHEN...Until Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects Iowa 58 as well as Fletcher
Ave and Ridgeway Ave at US 63 in Waterloo. Water also affects
Watters Rd. Some residential evacuations may be needed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.9 feet, and falling.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning and continue falling.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
