* WHERE...Iowa River at Wapello.

* WHEN...Until Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, water affects residences near the U.S.
Highway 61 bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 22.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.3 feet
Sunday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday
afternoon.
