Missouri River at St Joseph affecting Doniphan, Buchanan and Andrew
Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Atchison.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Low-lying areas on the Missouri side of the
river begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 21.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this afternoon to a crest of 22.2 feet this evening. It will then
fall below flood stage late tonight.
- Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
