NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued September 30 at 7:18PM CDT until September 30 at 7:45PM CDT by NWS Hastings NE

At 718 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Victor, or 14 miles northwest of Lincoln, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. In addition, rained spotters also
reported a funnel cloud just south of the Mitchell- Lincoln
County.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Locations impacted include...
Victor, and rural areas of southeastern and south central Mitchell
County.
