* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Black Vermillion River near Frankfort.

* WHEN...Until Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, The west bank of the river floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 23.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.9 feet
just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
late tomorrow evening.
- Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
