* IMPACTS...Flooding of Rule Creek and other small streams continues
for areas of Bent County, south of John Martin Reservoir.
Inundation of low-lying or flood prone areas remains possible.
Low-water crossings may be inundated with water and may not be
passable.

- At 328 PM MDT, Stream gauge observations indicate flooding
continues in the warned area.
