Rain is coming to an end across the area, however it will take time
for the flood waters to recede in Greeley and Wichita counties. Many
roads remain closed in the area.
* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Greeley County in west central Kansas...

* WHEN...Until 345 PM MDT /445 PM CDT/.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated
with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 222 PM MDT /322 PM CDT/, emergency management reported very
heavy rainfall leading to numerous roads being washed out or
flooded across the warned area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.2 inches are possible in the
warned area.
