* WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 145 AM CDT, emergency management reported in several locations
across the Omaha metro. Flooding is already occurring. Between 5
and 8 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion, Ralston, Gretna,
Bennington, Boys Town, Elkhorn, Millard, Offutt AFB, La Vista,
Carter Lake, Valley, Springfield, Waterloo, Crescent, Cedar
Creek, Aksarben and Chalco.
- This includes the following highways...
Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 428 and 454.
Interstate 29 between mile markers 43 and 63. Interstate 80 in
Iowa between mile markers 1 and 11.
