NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued October 1 at 8:15AM CDT until October 1 at 12:00PM CDT by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX

At 815 AM CDT, department of transportation and emergency management
reported flash flooding across the warned area, specifically along
portions of US Highway 377 and State Highway 55 in Edwards County.
Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall
amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash
flooding.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Rocksprings, Carta Valley, Devil's Sinkhole State Natural Area,
Devils River State Nat Area Big Satan, Devils Shores, Pafford
Crossing, Rough Canyon Recreation Area and Spur 406 Campground.
