Platte Counties.

Missouri River at Glasgow affecting Chariton, Saline and Howard
Counties.

Missouri River at Boonville affecting Boone, Howard, Moniteau and
Cooper Counties.

increased in duration for the following rivers in Kansas...

* WHERE...Missouri River at Waverly.

* WHEN...From Friday evening to Thursday, October 08.

* IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Rural areas along the river which are not
protected by levees flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
Friday evening to a crest of 24.3 feet Sunday evening. It will
then fall below flood stage Wednesday, October 07.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
