* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Lowlands along the river flood. At 11.0
feet, Low lying rural roads flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 3.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage to 10.7 feet
just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
late tonight to 3.8 feet Sunday evening. It will rise to 4.1 feet
early Monday morning. It will then fall again and remain below
flood stage.
