NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued September 29 at 9:06PM MDT until September 29 at 11:15PM MDT by NWS Albuquerque NM

At 906 PM MDT, local law enforcement reported impassable roads in
eastern Lincoln county, including Alamo Canyon Road which is closed
due to flash flooding. Up to 1.75 inches of rain have fallen. Flash
flooding will continue.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Tinnie, Hondo and Sunset.

This includes Highways 70 and 380 near and east of San Patricio, or
mile marker 280 through 310.
