At 534 PM MDT, Another band of heavy rainfall is moving across the
Organ Mountains. Expect flooding in low lying areas to continue to
worsen, and runoff in arroyos will continue to flow.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of arroyos, roads, underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
