imminent failure of McLeod Dam.

FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for McLeod Dam. This is a PARTICULARLY
DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding from the imminent failure of
McLeod Dam.
