* At 1143 AM MST, a river gauge on the Agua Fria River at Rock
Springs reported a rapid rise of 3.5 feet from thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Flash flooding is expected to continue.
