NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued September 28 at 7:30PM MDT until September 28 at 8:45PM MDT by NWS Salt Lake City UT

At 730 PM MDT, The Hildale area including the Short Creek watershed
saw between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain from earlier thunderstorms,
and light to periods of moderate rain is expected to continue through
this evening. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of normally dry washes,
urban areas, streets and underpasses.
