At 519 PM PDT /519 PM MST/, Heavy rain continues across the Laughlin
and Golden Valley areas with rainfall observations of 1 to 1.5 inches
falling in the past 30 to 45 minutes. These storms will develop into
the Kingman metro momentarily.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
