The National Weather Service in Lubbock Texas has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
Northwestern Parmer County in the Panhandle of Texas...

* Until 1115 PM CDT.

* At 1042 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located 5 miles northwest of Bovina, or 13 miles west
of Friona, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northwestern Parmer County.
