* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will produce widely scattered tree damage
and power outages. Travel will be difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will be along beaches and
headlands. Coastal communities will generally see gusts up to 50 to
60 mph.
