* IMPACTS...Flooding of Raccoon Creek and it's tributaries is
occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water
crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 537 AM EDT, Flooding of Raccoon Creek and it's tributaries
continues, with numerous roadways flooded. Water levels are
dropping however. Motorists should continue to exercise extreme
caution and be prepared for water or debris remaining on
roadways. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
