* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Iowa River at Wapello.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, agricultural land near the river is flooded
and water covers most islands. Water starts rising onto secondary
roads in Wapello Bottoms.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 21.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage just
after midnight tonight and continue falling to 15.7 feet Friday,
October 02.
- Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
