* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Saint Marys River near Decatur.

* WHEN...Until Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 18.8 feet, Flood water begins to cross Ohio Highway 49
north of Willshire, Ohio.
