NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued September 25 at 9:44AM CDT until September 25 at 10:30AM CDT by NWS Midland/Odessa TX

At 944 AM CDT, Seminole Fire Department reported a vehicle stuck in
water near US Hwy 180 and SE 7th street. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Seminole, Seagraves, Gaines County Airport, Seagraves Airport,
Paynes Corner, Gaines County Park, Higginbotham and Loop.
