At 537 PM MDT, Although heavy rainfall is letting up, radar estimates
up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen from earlier storms. A high risk
for flash flooding continues for the warned area.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Bernardo and La Joya.

This includes Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 165 and 175.
