NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued September 25 at 12:09AM MDT until September 25 at 1:15AM MDT by NWS El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa NM

At 1209 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have
fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Leasburg, Las Cruces, Radium Springs, Dona Ana, Fairacres, Mesilla,
Picacho, San Pablo and Hill.
