Southeastern Curry County in east central New Mexico...
* Until 830 PM MDT.
* At 604 PM MDT, the public reported flash flooding across the warned
area, with numerous road closures in Clovis. Between 2 and 4.5
inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2
inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already
occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
