NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued September 24 at 4:45PM PDT until September 24 at 6:15PM PDT by NWS Las Vegas NV

At 445 PM PDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
