Advisory, east winds to 30 kt and seas 7 to 12 feet.

* WHERE...Alenuihaha Channel, Big Island Windward Waters, Big
Island Leeward Waters and Big Island Southeast Waters.

* WHEN...For the Tropical Storm Warning and Hurricane watch,
beginning at 6 AM HST Friday. For the Small Craft Advisory,
until 6 AM HST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Extremely strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
will likely capsize or damage vessels and severely reduce
visibility.
