Wabash River near Bluffton IN affecting Wells County.

.Rises on area rivers occurred as a result of recent heavy rainfall.
Rivers are now past crest and will continue to drop within this
current dry spell.

For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN...Minor
flooding is forecast.
For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near
Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Saint Marys River near Decatur.

* WHEN...Until Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.5 feet, Indiana 101 north of Pleasant Mills is
closed by flood water. Extensive agricultural flooding is in
progress. Residents of the east and southeast side of Decatur
become concerned.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:25 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 20.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 12:25 AM EDT Thursday was 21.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late
tomorrow morning and continue falling to 9.6 feet Monday evening.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
