to 60 nm.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 6 PM EDT Thursday. For the
Storm Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas could capsize
or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
