At 617 PM EDT, the public reported flash flooding in Cubage Hill and
Brownies Creek. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional light rainfall is ongoing across in the warned area. Flash
flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Public reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
