NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued September 22 at 3:41PM MDT until September 22 at 6:00PM MDT by NWS Albuquerque NM

At 341 PM MDT, the public reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain
across the warned area. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Public reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Mainly rural areas of West Central Lincoln and South Central
Socorro Counties.
